Hello, I’m Harry, Medical/Pharmaceutical copywriter

I’m English and I live in London, United Kingdom.

Few people have had more experience in medical (and consumer) advertising than me, who has been in the business for nearly 25 years. A creative copywriter, I have successfully run several creative departments, and at one time partnered his own pharmaceutical agency, Faraday (London), in the early 1990s.At Michael Robinson, I was responsible for coming up with the name ‘Nurofen’ for the new OTC version of Brufen. I was also at Saatchi & Saatchi (London) between 1997 and 2001, as a senior medical/consumer writer where he worked on HIV and challenging drug products as well as Ariel detergents and Pampers. Today, I am a full time freelance Medical Writer with his own clients in the UK and the EU.

My experience spans both local, European and Global campaigns in all major therapeutic areas and his capabilities embrace all media, more recently digital: specifically website writing in both pharmaceutical (Mepact) and consumer (Disneyland Paris) disciplines. A well-known figure in pharmaceutical advertising, I have worked at most of the leading pharma agencies in the UK, with extra-curricular involvement in both the PM Awards and the IPA (Judging and advisory).
