I’ve worked in the advertising industry, specifically the creative department for most of my adult life. I’ve made print ads, TV, radio, online, stunts and won awards and appeared in the D&AD annual many times.
There’s hardly a product or service I haven’t worked on from the launch of the new Mini to the launch of a new hayfever cure, from award-winning BMW TV ads to posters for an Indian search engine. I’ve been on shoots all over the globe and more recently worked for BBH in Shanghai for quite a while and gained quite a bit of experience with Chinese consumers.
I’ve had the experience of being a creative director. On the whole, it’s been extremely enjoyable and I still enjoy that lovely feeling you get when you have a good idea.
