I am an award-winning novelist, non-fiction writer, screenwriter, copywriter, travel writer, television series writer & creator, memoirist, humour columnist and journalist.
Throughout my career, I’ve written films (long, short and six-second), 360 global campaigns, a fantastic comedy web series for Heineken’s Rugby World Cup sponsorship in 2011 (starring Rhys Darby & directed by the truly amazing Taika Waititi), ten non-stop hours of bespoke song lyrics for another incredible Heineken activation, and done lots more writing for some of the world’s most iconic brands. I’m equally at home in the worlds of digital and traditional, because they’re both about communicating and connecting. I’ve launched new products, new brands and new ideas in a wide variety of industries and markets. I’m a fierce guardian – and often creator – of the voice of every brand I work on. I love to do work – in any and every medium – which moves people, whether to laugh, cry, change the way they think, or go out and buy a product.
