Hello, I’m Christine, Cycling copywriter

I’m USA/Belgium and I live in Leuven, Belgium

I am a cycling copywriter and professional cyclist (mtb, road, cyclocross), both for almost twenty years. As a multi-discipline bike racer, I am intimately familiar with a wide range of cycling worlds from the underground “chug-a-beer-per-lap” crowd to the ultra-professional scene. I’ve ridden for top teams such as Belgium-based Lotto-Belisol, in addition to having competed for USA in over thirty combined World Cups and World Championships. I spent the first part of my life split between Long Island and Manhattan. A few years after completing my studies at Columbia University, I relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1998 in hot pursuit of becoming a pro cyclist. It was there that I accepted my first industry writing gig as a weekly cycling columnist for the Marin Independent Journal, a high-circulation daily in the counties immediately north of San Francisco.
