My first stage of involvement with clients is helping them create clear and easy-to-understand brand values and positioning. Once the brand architecture is complete, I put together guidelines including tone of voice and brand back-stories, ensuring all creative teams have the tools and the inspiration to build a consistent and compelling voice for the brand. I also run writing workshops with internal teams to help them streamline their communications.
