Step 2: Meet your writer

You'll receive an email introduction from a writer.

You can also arrange a video call to discuss your project and share briefing materials or documents with them.

Step 3: Receive a quote

Scope of work, timing, rates and retainers.

Once we all have a clear understanding of the scope of work, timings and deliverables, you will receive a formal quote from us.

You can choose from an hourly rate, daily rate or fixed project-price options.

Monthly retainers are also available for ongoing projects.

New clients are required to make a 50% upfront payment. Our standard payment terms are 14 days .

How do I find the right copywriter for my project?

You can browse our database of copywriters using the search function and hire directly by clicking the “Hire” button. Alternatively, our agents can help—just share details about your project via email, phone, or the “Hire a Copywriter” form, and we’ll recommend suitable candidates.

What happens after I select a copywriter?

Once you select a copywriter, you’ll receive an email introduction and can arrange a video call to discuss the project. Share your briefing materials and any relevant documents to finalize the scope of work.

What are your payment terms?

For new clients, we require a 50% upfront payment. Invoices are issued upon project completion, or weekly/monthly for long-term projects. Standard payment terms are 14 days.

Can I book a copywriter for ongoing work?

Yes! We offer monthly retainers for ongoing projects. Our project management services are also available to ensure smooth collaboration over time.
