My copywriting experience mainly falls between fashion, long copy, transcreations, editing and script writing. I spent 2014 as the copywriter for G-Star RAW where I wrote for the ‘RAW for the Oceans’ campaign, newsletters, press releases, social media copy and a script for the company’s corporate responsibility film.
Before that, I was a copywriter for the Dutch fashion brand, Sandwich for 2.5 years. There I helped come up with concepts for their seasonal magazines and wrote their poetic manifestos, newsletters, website and social media pages. Outside of fashion, I’ve written product demo scripts for various clients of the production company Lukkien. A few years ago I sold a TV format to Talpa Media. They liked my writing style and impressive, (and sort of embarrassing) knowledge of all things television and asked me to join their team as a writer and translator for the Dutch formats they want to sell abroad. I’m a native English speaker based in Amsterdam.
