Hi, I’m Kristen, a dynamic writer with over a decade of experience in copywriting, editing, content strategy, and branding.

My writing and editing career has spanned industries as diverse as fashion and accessories, antiques and collectibles, and technology and software. Most recently, I was the managing editor of ProductCraft by Pendo, a community site by and for product managers.

Previously, I worked as a writer and editor for DZone.com, an online hub for software developers. I especially enjoy writing for B2B SaaS companies, with a particular interest in hypergrowth startups. I’m also passionate about engagement marketing, building brand voice, and delivering clear, compelling copy for various channels. My favorite types of writing include blog posts/articles, social media content, case studies, and e-books.
