Hello, I’m Gokhan, a Turkish copywriter

I live in Istanbul, Turkey.

Award-winning creative who has experience working outside Turkey in Johannesburg and Bangkok.

I started working in TBWA/ISTANBUL in 2002 as a copywriter.

Stayed there for 6 years, and had the chance to work in TBWA/HUNT/LASCARIS (Johannesburg – 6 months) & CREATIVE JUICE/G1 (Bangkok – 3 months).

After coming back I was promoted to Grouphead (creative director) for one of the creative teams.

I left TBWA in 2008 and started my own agency “Fikret”, and had a brief pause in 2010-2012 to work for McCann Istanbul for 2 years as Creative Director. Then I went back to Fikret again, and I’m still there.
